Raja 2-0 Pyramids: Ekramy blunders as Raja score two goals in six minutes

Raja scored two goals in six breathtaking first half minutes as Sherif Ekramy’s mistake contributed to a 2-0 defeat for Pyramids at Stade Mohammed V. 

The game started with an intense pressure from Pyramids, who were about to score early but Ramadan Sobhy’s efforts were blocked by Raja’s Abdelilah Madkour.

However, Raja looked in a relative control and scored the opener. 

As a result of Ekramy’s fatal mistake,  Raja’s Abdelilah Madkour broke the deadlock in the 15th minute from a strong shot which found its way to Pyramid’s net. 

In the 21st minute, Ben Malango compounded Pyramid’s misery as he doubled the score with a brilliant header. 

The second half kicked off and Pyramids tried to equalize, but all their efforts were blocked by Raja’s defenders. 

Following today’s victory, Raja moved to the top of the table with 9 points while Pyramids are in the second position with 6 points
