Bayern Munich beat Al-Ahly with a double and go up to face Tigres in the FIFA Club World Cup final

Bayern Munich qualified for the final of the FIFA Club World Cup, which is currently being held in Doha, after defeating Egypt’s Al-Ahly with two clean goals, in the match that was held this evening, Monday, at Ahmed Bin Ali Stadium.

Polish Robert Lewandowski led Bayern Munich to the final against Tigres of Mexico next Thursday, after he scored twice for the Bavarian giants against Mohamed El Shennawi.

While Al-Ahly hit a date with Brazilian Palmeiras, in the match to determine the third and fourth places, which will also take place on Thursday.

Bayern Munich led the first goal through Lewandowski in the 17th minute of the match, and the same player added the second goal in the 85th minute, to confirm the promotion to the World Cup final, deservedly.

Al-Ahly did not provide the desired level throughout the two halves of the match and explained to its players the extreme fear of facing the European champion, as AlAhly appeared very conservative throughout the 90 minutes, while Bayern dominated the course of the match completely, thanks to the large technical and physical differences between the two teams.

Al-Ahly players appeared in front of Bayern’s goalkeeper Manuel Neuer very shyly, and the most prominent Attempts were a weak header from Hussein Al-Shahat, which was caught by the German goalkeeper, and a shot by Mohamed Sharif minutes before the end of the match, but the goalkeeper caught it.

Al-Ahly goalkeeper Mohamed El-Shennawi shined in more than ones and Mohamed Hani, as another stand up performance despite defeat. Lewandowski continued his brilliance with Bayern, to prove that he is one of the best attackers in the world.
