Al-Jazeera officially annulls an Amouri contract … and negotiations from Al-Ain and Al-Nasr to join it

The UAE club Al-Jazira announced today, Monday, the termination of its contract with Omar Abdul Rahman “Amouri” by mutual consent, a few hours before the closing of the winter registration door scheduled for this evening, and at a time when the player is undergoing a treatment program for an injury he suffered at the beginning of the season.

The management of Al-Jazira Club thanked the player for all that he had provided during the last period for the pride of Abu Dhabi and wished him success in his professional and personal career.

Amouri also thanked the management of Al-Jazira Club for giving him the opportunity to represent “the pride of Abu Dhabi” in the past period, wishing the team success locally and abroad.

The Emirati football star did not reveal his future, amid reports that there are negotiations by Emirati clubs headed by Al-Nasr, as well as his former club Al-Ain, which is seeking to regain him to represent the team in the looming stage.

Amouri began his career of brilliance in the ranks of Al Ain, before going into a professional experience with Al-Hilal Saudi Arabia, then moved to Al Jazeera in a free transfer deal last season.

Ammouri, 29, joined Al Jazeera in the summer of 2019 for free, and his contract was supposed to run until summer 2022.

Amouri participated during the current season in two matches with Al Jazira, and in total, he played with Fakhr Abu Dhabi in 21 matches in all competitions, during which he scored 3 goals and made the same.

The Emirati star played for Al Hilal in the summer of 2018 for a season after his departure from Al Ain for the first time in his career, where he participated in the Saudi leader’s shirt in 6 matches in all competitions, during which he scored one goal and made another.
