SPL : Al-Nassr stay unbeaten under Alan Horvat with Draw against Al-Fateh

Al-Nassr team fell to a draw against Al-Fateh, in the match that was held this evening, Tuesday, in the postponed confrontation of the sixteenth round of the Saudi Professional League competition.

Al-Fateh got the lead with own goal by Ali Al-Hassan in the 89th minute, while the referee awarded a penalty kick for Al-Nassr in stoppage time, Abdul Razzaq Hamdallah managed to score a draw in the 90 + 7 minute.

With this result, Al-Nassr’s score rose to the 25th point in the fifth place in the Saudi League Clubs Ranking Table, while the Al-Fateh points reached 19 points in the 13th place.

The match witnessed mutual attacks between the two teams, but the first half ended in a goalless draw.

In the second half, the referee awarded a penalty kick to Al-Fateh at the 58th minute, before canceling it after confirming the correct decision after reviewing the video assistant referee.

One minute before the end of the match, Al-Fateh scored a deadly goal through Ali Al-Hassan, Al-Nassr defender, by mistake, after which Al-Nassr’s players tried to equalize, with intense pressure, and got a penalty kick scored by Abdul Razzaq Hamdallah, to end the match with a positive tie with each of them.

Al-Nassr will face Al-Shabab counterpart in the 18th round of the Saudi League next Saturday, at Marsool Park Stadium, while Al-Fateh will face Al-Ain in the same round.
