Michael Babatunde is close to leave Wydad

Michael Babatunde, Wydad’s player, is set to leave the team by the end of the season.

Faouzi Benzarti, Wydad’s head coach, informed the club’s board not to renew Babatunde’s contract after he failed to convince Benzarti with his abilities. 

Babatunde was forced to be sidelined from the team after picking up an injury, and he was out of his form after recovering from the injury.

On a similar note, Benzarti included Simon Msuva into the team’s squad ahead of facing Rapide Oued Zem in the Moroccan Throne Cup. 

Msuva participated in the team’s training session normally after recovering from his injury.
