Al-Ahly fortifies Diang and Fathi with a contract for the next five seasons … and the secret of the ninth exceeds a million

The Egyptian club Al-Ahly revealed its success in extending the contracts of the players of the first football team, “Hamdi Fathy and Aliyio Diang”, for two next seasons, so that the two players’ contracts would be for the next five years.

Amir Tawfiq, director of contracts at Al-Ahly Club, succeeded in completing all contractual procedures for the two players during the past hours, especially after the recommendation of South African Pitso Musimane, the team’s technical director, to keep the duo for as long as possible.

Al-Ahly had moved in the file of extending the contracts of the stars of the team early, in light of the temptations faced by Hamdi Fathi from the side of the Pyramids club owned by the Emirati businessman Salem Al-Shamsi, where he recently succeeded in joining more than one distinguished player, the last of them Ramadan Sobhi and Ahmed Fathy after the end of their association with the team the Red.

Al-Ahly also rejected all the efforts of Brahima Camara, the agent of Alio Diang, in marketing him in Europe, as he brought him several offers from France, Portugal, and China, but they were rejected, as he is considered one of the main pillars of the Century Club management project, towards controlling all local and continental titles.

Al-Ahly will play in the FIFA Club World Cup, where it will face Al-Duhail, Qatar, on February 4, in the first round of the World Cup, and the African Champions League champion seeks to appear distinctively and honor Egyptian football in the world tournament.

On the other hand, the documentary film “The Secret of the Ninth” prepared by the club’s management, which documents and reveals the secrets of winning the CAF Champions League for the ninth time, recorded more than a million views in less than 24 hours, after it was broadcast on the official Al-Ahly channel on YouTube.

The documentary shows the scenes behind Al-Ahly’s ninth CAF Champions League victory, from the first rounds to the final held in Cairo, including training, lectures, and travel trips at that stage.

Strong reactions and praise of the documentary movie continued among Al-Ahly fans on social media platforms, after broadcasting new details and secrets that appear for the first time, revealing the extent of the difficulties faced by the team and the challenge and determination of the players to win the title.

The pioneers of social media launched the ninth hashtag, and the Twitter platform was issued, coinciding with the presentation of the documentary, and the tweeters confirmed that the film is the documentation for future generations and an important tournament that brought Al-Ahly to participate in the Club World Cup for the sixth time in its history.

Since the film was shown on the club’s official YouTube channel at nine o’clock yesterday, it has witnessed a great turnout, reaching one million views in the first hours of its release, and reaching nearly 20 million minutes of views.
