A fiery confrontation between Al-Ahly and Al-Hilal in the Saudi League

The Saudi team Al-Ahli Jeddah will host its
counterpart Al-Hilal, on Friday, at the Al-Jawhara Al-Mosha Stadium in the city
of Jeddah, in western Saudi Arabia.

The two teams meet in the strongest
confrontations in the 13th week of the Saudi Professional League and the hosting team seeks to tighten the screws on Al Hilal at the top of the
standings, while Al Hilal enters the meeting in order to maintain the lead and
expand the difference with its closest competitors.

Hilal ranks first in the Saudi Professional
League with 25 points, while Al-Ahly is third with 22 points.

And Al-Hilal surpasses Al-Ahly in the number of
confrontations the two teams have fought in the Saudi Professional League,
where the two teams faced 24 matches, Al-Hilal won 11 games, Al-Ahly won 4
matches and attended a draw in 9 matches.

The leaders of the Saudi League are due to
return to victories at the expense of Al-Ahly, as Al-Hilal stumbled in three
consecutive matches in the past rounds, as they tied in the last three
confrontations against Al-Ittihad, Al-Shabab, and Al-Batin.

Al-Hilal misses the star of the team, Salem
Al-Dossary, because of the injury he suffers from in the thigh, in addition to
the absence of the player Gustavo Cuellar, who is absent due to the flu, and
the player Ali Al-Balaihi is absent due to an injury.

On the other hand, Al-Ahly misses the team’s
goalkeeper, Mohamed Al-Owais, because of the suspension, and to the average
field of the team, Idris Fattouhi, due to injury, and Abdullah Hassoun is
absent due to the suspension.
