The joking message of Lionel Messi’s potential first PSG opponents

Lionel Messi will not be playing for Barcelona next season and his most likely destination is Paris Saint-Germain.

The French side’s next opponents are Clermont Foot 63 and they wanted to send the Argentine star a message.

“Think hard Leo, there is always time to change your plans #ClermontLeader”, wrote Clermont on Twitter as a joke.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side won their first game of the season and are third, behind Angers, second, and leaders Clermont.

If Messi joins PSG he might need some time to get fit given he has been on holiday and has not trained yet. It’s hard to see him making his debut for a couple of weeks at least, if he joins.
