Al-Ahly and Al-Shabab summit ends in a positive draw

A positive draw dominated the Al-Ahly team’s match against al-Shabab, with a score of 2–2, in the match that brought them together Monday evening, at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah, as part of the fifth round of the Saudi Professional League.

Al-Ahly advanced early through the player Abdullah Hassoun in the second minute, and equaled to Shabab player Christian juanca at the 44th minute, to end the first half with a positive 1-1 draw.

In the second half, Fawaz Al-Suqur was able to add the second goal in favor of Al-Shabab at the 48th minute, while Al-Ahly equaled the score at the 50th minute through Marco Marin, to end the match with a positive draw (2-2).

With this result, Al-Shabab raised its score of 11 points in first place temporarily, while Al-Ahly’s balance rose to 10 points in fourth place.
