Raja Casablanca closes the door to the departure of its stars to Saudi Arabia

Moroccan club Raja Casablanca decided to close the door to the departure of a number of players during the current period, in preparation for the final of the Arab Clubs Championship on February 14th, in front of the Saudi Ittihad Jeddah.

Sufian Rahimi and Abdulilah Al Hafizi, the players of Raja, had received offers from some Arab leagues, specifically from Saudi clubs, but Jamal Salami, the coach, refused their departure, and those offers were met with public rejection by Al Gereig fans.

Raja is keenly seeking to crown the Arab championship to cross his current financial crisis, as the champion’s prize is $ 6 million, which prompted him to reject all offers made to his players, at the present time.

It is noteworthy that Raja leads the Moroccan league with 13 points, one point away from Wydad after 5 rounds have passed until the moment.

Meanwhile, Moroccan player Youssef Gharbi, coming from the Spanish Amateur League, is subjected to technical tests at the Moroccan club Raja Casablanca, in order to assess his technical and physical level, before signing official contracts with him, to join the ranks of Al Nisour.

Raja coach Jamal Salami seeks to assess the level of Youssef Gharbi, before issuing the final decision to sign him, as the player participated in the friendly match of Raja in front of Bouad Zem, which was held at the Oasis Stadium in Casablanca.

Al-Gharbi entered the 85th minute, as a substitute for Brigadier General Mohsen Metwally, before he was able to score the third goal of Raja in the goal of Wadi Zem, and Raja was able to solve the match with three goals, which is the first pre-test for Marwan Haddoudi’s comrades, during the current suspension period.
