Al-Ahli snatched the lead in the Saudi League after beating Al-Wehda

The Saudi Al-Ahli Jeddah team won a 2-4 victory over Al-Wehda, Friday, within the 17th week of the Saudi Professional League in the meeting that was held in Makkah.

Al-Ahly snatched the top of the Saudi league temporarily, after raising its score to 33 points in the first place.

Al-Ahli scored the winning goals in loss time in the second half after normal time ended with a 2-2 draw.

Al-Ahli advanced first in the meeting through Hussein Al-Maqhawi in the 7th minute, before Salman Al Moasher added the second goal for Al-Ahli Jeddah in the 13th minute.

Al-Wehda reduced the score for his team in the 17th minute, when Hussein Al-Issa scored the first goal for his team, to add Youssef Niakti as the equalizer in the 24th minute.

Ahli Jeddah managed to score the third goal in the first minute of extra time (90 + 1) through the Romanian player Mitrita before the player himself succeeded in making the fourth goal with a decisive pass by striker Omar Al-Somah, who added the fourth in the 90 + 3 minute.
