Al-Ittihad qualifies for the final of the Arab Championship at the expense of Al-Shabab

The Saudi Al-Ittihad team succeeded in qualifying for the final of the Arab Clubs Championship after overcoming its counterpart, the Saudi team Al-Shabab, in the semi-final, by beating it with two goals to one in the meeting that brought them together at Al Sharaea Stadium in Makkah.

The guest was the first to open the scoring before the first minute of the match passed by the professional Fabio Martinez, and in the next minute a goal for the Al Ittihad team was canceled for offside, the first half witnessed a great control of Al-Shabab team, but without new in the level of scoring goals.

In the second half, Al-Ittihad managed to adjust the result through the Brazilian professional Romarinho at the 74th minute of the events of the meeting, after which the referee canceled a goal in favor of the Al-Shabab, and in the lost time, Al Ittihad managed to score the victory goal through the Serbian professional Alexander Pregovic so that the Union qualifies for the Arab final waiting for a second opponent, which will be decided in a few days, between the Egyptian Ismaili team and the Moroccan Raja team.
