The management of the Tunisian club Sfaxien filed an official complaint against the Moroccan coach Faouzi Benzarti, after his departure from the team’s training, and the unilateral termination of the contract, in order to take over the training of Moroccan club Wydad Casablanca.

Sfaxien filed an official complaint with FIFA, against coach Benzarti, for unilaterally breaking the contract and leaving the Tunisian club in order to train another club.

Benzarti canceled his last training session with Sfaxien on the pretext of delaying the players’ dues, and he formally canceled his contract and went to Morocco in order to agree with Wydad Casablanca, which signed an official contract with him.

Benzarti had received a number of Arab offers during the last period, most notably offers from the Tunisian star Sahel, and one of the Gulf clubs, but in the end, he decided to accept the offer of Moroccan Wydad.

Said Nassiri, president of Wydad Club, succeeded in persuading Benzarti to return to coach the team in exchange for one million and 300 thousand dollars from his late dues with the club, to be disbursed in two installments, as the Tunisian coach waived 700 thousand dollars and agreed to charge the aforementioned amount.
