The draw for the group stage of the African Champions League results in strong confrontations for the Arab teams

Today, Friday, the draw for the group stage of the African Champions League and the Confederation Attaché was held at the CAF headquarters in Cairo.

And the draw resulted in Al-Ahly falling into group A, accompanied by the Sudanese Al-Merrikh, the Tanzanian Simba, and the Congolese Vita Club.

Zamalek is in group D, which is witnessing an Arab clash with Mouloudia of Algeria and Esperance, accompanied by Tungith Senegal, who is participating for the first time in the competition.

The draw for the group stage of the CAF Champions League 2020-2021 is as follows:

–  Group A:

Al-Ahly of Egypt – Congolese Vita Club – Simba Tanzania – Al-Merrekh of Sudan.

– Group B:

Congolese Mazembe – South African Sun Downs – Sudanese Al-Hilal- Algerian Shabab Belouizdad

Group C:

Moroccan Wydad – Houria of Guinean – Petro Atlético of Angola – Kaizer Chiefs of South Africa.

Group D:

Tunisia’s Esperance – Egyptian Zamalek – MC Algiers – Tongith Senegal.

While the 2020-2021 Confederation Supplement Draw resulted in a strong confrontation, and there will be a single Arab confrontation that brings together Moroccan hope with the Tunisian Monastir Federation.
