SAFF Finance Committee announces new regulations

The Finance Committee of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation announced new regulations related to the financial efficnecy certificate on Monday. 

The Finance Committee stated on it’s official Twitter account that any club seek to get the certificate,  must pay all it’s financial commitments.

Also, the Finance Committee added that all the clubs should register the required documents 10 days before the summer transfer, in order to make the registration valid.
