Qatar Al-Rayyan captain tested positive

The Qatari club Al-Rayyan announced that Algerian Yassin Brahimi, a player of the first team, was infected with the Coronavirus “Covid 19”, after his return from participating with his country, in the upcoming African Nations Cup qualifiers.

The official account of the Qatari club via Twitter said: “The player of our team, Yassin Brahimi, was infected with the Coronavirus after his return from the Algerian national team camp after the results of the examination he conducted upon arrival in Doha proved positive.

The statement added, “We wish the terrible leader a speedy recovery.”

The player is expected to undergo health isolation, apply a treatment protocol, and undergo a medical examination in the coming day
