Nothing can stop Al Shabab from fighting for the title

 

The Saudi Professional League did not severely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic economic decline and the excitement continues in the league matches despite the fans’ absence from the stands.

Al Shabab are now leading the league table and they seem that they are very close from winning the league title for the first time since 2012.

Al Shabab succeeded to sign sponsoring deals with 23 companies this season despite the COVID-19 negative impact on the global economy.

Al Shabab’s market value has reached more than 31 million Euros.

The club’s president Khaled Al Baltan is doing his best to keep his team on the right track and they are now leading the league table with five points and they are the main contenders for the title.

The Saudi giants played 20 games in the league this season, having achieved 12 victories, lost 3 matches and five matches ended with a draw.

The club are doing great this season despite sacking the team’s coach Pedro Caixinha and appointing the former head coach of Al Shabab’s youth team, Victor Hernandez.

The team managed to sign 15 new players this season, including their biggest signing, Ever Banega, as well as signing many key players like Fabio Martinez and Odion Ighalo, who joined the club in the winter from Manchester United.
