Negotiations continue between Zamalek and Bakry

aim to complete the deal of Pyramids’ player, Abullah Bakry, to join the club
next summer.

The club held a meeting with the player’s agent to discuss the terms of the
deal. The played demanded a 10 million EGP annual salary, which is his current
annual salary with Pyramids, but Zamalek did not approve.

The player’s agent said that the player will join the club in free transfer and
Zamalek need to meet his financial demands to complete the deal.

On the other hand, Zamalek want to pay the player less than 5 million EGP as
annual salary as they aim to reduce the salaries of the first team players.

Zamalek’s interim board are focusing on renewing the contract of their Tunisian
midfielder, which is expected to cost the club huge money if completed.

bakry is waiting for Zamalek’s decision as he did not negotiate with Pyramids
over contract extension.
