Moroccan club Raja Casablanca retreated from the idea of ​​selling a contract for its player, Sofiane Rahimi, during the current winter transfer period, despite the presence of several offers from clubs in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar, wanting to contract with the current best player in the Moroccan League.

Rahimi drew the attention of many clubs, after his remarkable brilliance during the current season, with Raja Club, in addition to being one of the players who caught the attention of Wahid Khalilusic, the coach of the Moroccan national team.

Some sources within Al-Raja Club said that the technical staff rejected the idea of ​​Sufian Rahimi leaving during the current period, although the club’s management was welcoming his departure in January, in order to benefit financially, to solve the salary problem facing Raja.

She added, that the Al Rajaa administration backed away from the idea of ​​dispensing with the player, after the request of the technical staff, and the financial offers that arrived from one of the Qatari clubs amounted to only $ 2 million, but the club’s management aspires to obtain double this number, so it decided to postpone The idea of ​​selling his contract to next summer.

Rahimi is organizing with the Moroccan national team participating in the African Nations Cup for local players, after he participated in the first match against Togo, and was the best player in the match.
