Moroccan Raja coach: We welcome Hamid Haddad’s return

Jamal Salami, the coach
of the Moroccan club, Raja Casablanca confirmed that he aspires to present a
different level with his team during the next stage, stressing that he needs
alternatives for players at the same level of the two basics, in order to
compete for all titles, and he will hold a close session with the officials of
the club to discuss the file of reinforcements
.

We will soon have a session with the officials to
determine the extent of the ability to respond to the demands of the masses
compared to the available capabilities,” Al-Salami said. “We cannot
continue in the same way and rely only on motivation and personal capabilities.
We must think in another way or set another ceiling for ambitions that match
our capabilities
.”

He added, “We play
without centralization at the offensive line and do not restrict the player to
a specific position because they are great players and they had to leave space
for them to express their potential, and Mohsen Metwally does not feel
comfortable in the playmaker position behind the attackers, so we prefer not to
restrict him in this role and leave him on the right side
.”

Regarding the file of the
summer deals that were contracted with, Al-Salami said: “Noah Al-Saadawi
is a great player and the fans demanded his arrival, and the technical staff is
convinced of his level and he had to be patient in order to adapt to the team
.”

He continued: “I ask
the fans of Raja to have patience with El Saadawi, who starred with the MC
Oujda team, as he needed a whole season to adapt and presented a great level.
He was behind the contract with him, in the summer Mercato
.”

He continued: “Adam
Nafati, the winger of MC Oujda, is a great player, and he was late in showing
his abilities. He is an important element. He can play for any club in Morocco
or outside it. We will discuss the possibility of contracting with him and
joining him in the ranks of hope
.”

Al-Salami concluded his
remarks about the possibility of Hamid Haddad again from the ranks of Zamalek,
and said: “He is a distinguished player, and we welcome his transfer to
the ranks of Raja at any time, because he is an ideal player
.”

Morocco’s Raja Casablanca
climbed to the final of the Arab Clubs Championship after defeating Ismaili
(3-1) in the aggregate of the home and away matches, where it will face
Al-Ittihad, Saudi Arabia, who qualified at the expense of its fellow youth
.

Al-Salami missed the previous match against
Ismaily after he was infected with the Coronavirus, to be led by his assistant
Hisham Abu Sharwan, who succeeded in leading the Green Eagles to the final
match of the Arab Championship, and overcame the shock of leaving Senegalese
Tongith in the 32nd round of the African Champions League.
