MC Algiers avoids harsh punishment and renews Mahdi Ben Aljiah’s contract

The Mouloudia Club of Algeria announced its success in extending the contract of Mehdi Ben Aljeya for a period of only one season, as the contract expires in December 2021, to end the Algerian club a major crisis after news spread that it had been subjected to severe punishment.

The club avoided harsh punishment after joining Mahdi Ben Aljeya, the 29-year-old, in the two league matches against USM Bel Abbas and Parado, despite the end of his contract with the team.

Mouloudia ended the crisis of defender Mehdi Ben Aljiah, as he will complete the current season with the team, after announcing the extension of the contract for a season.

The administration of Mouloudia Algeria hastened the file of negotiations with Ben Alagia, especially as he was waiting for a harsh punishment threatening him to deduct from his points in the Algerian league competition this season.

Mouloudia’s management decided to keep all the players, especially the main pillars, as it aspires to compete for the League Championship and the African Champions League, on the occasion of the club’s centenary.
