Kevin Campbell thinks Sigurðsson should join Al Hilal

Everton’s former player Kevin Campbell commented on the negotiations between Al Hilal and Everton’s striker, Gylfi Sigurðsson.

Campbell stated that Everton should convince Sigurðsson to join Al Hilal, as they will financially benefit from this move and will help them to reinforce their squad before the start of the new season. 

Campbell added that the club wants to complete the deal, unlike Sigurðsson who wants to refused to play in the Saudi Professional League. 

Sigurðsson rejected Al Hilal’s offer as he is aiming to pick himself a spot in the starting line-up next season under the team’s new head coach, Rafael Benítez.
