Gomis is uncertain about his future with Al Hilal

Bafétimbi Gomis, Al Hilal’s striker, is close to leaving the Saudi giants after spending three successful seasons.

Gomis did not decide his future yet, whether to stay with Al Hilal or to leave. However, the Saudi giants must sign a big name to lead their front line to succeed Gomis, in case he did not continue his stint.

The French striker led Al Hilal to achieve a historic treble, and he is close to winning the Saudi Professional League top scorer this season after scoring 20 goals.

Also, Gomis is one of the team’s top goal scorers as he netted 18 goals in 23 games in the Asian Champions League and also scored 68 goals in 83 games in the SPL.

Gomis is now 36 years old, but he put on a great performance with the Saudi giants which urged many clubs to offer him new contracts.

Finally, Al Hilal will be looking to find a suitable successor to Gomis in case he left the club, as it will not be an easy mission for any player to achieve what the French striker did.
