French coach Terry Froggy arrives in Algeria to prepare for the leadership of USM

French “Terry Froggy”, the new coach of the USMA team, arrived in Algeria today, Sunday, on a French Airlines flight, in order to officially sign contracts, in preparation for taking over the technical task of the team.

The administration of the Algerian Federation, represented by Antar Yahya, the sports director, received the French coach Terry Froggy at the airport, where he will undergo a medical examination to detect the emerging coronavirus “Covid 19” before heading to his residence.

Coach Froggy is waiting for a big job with USMA, which has failed to win 4 consecutive matches since the start of the sports season.

The USMA team lost to JSB Belouizdad in the Super Cup, then another loss to ES Setif, and a two-match draw against JS Saoura and Wada Tlemcen.

The team also suffers at the level of different lines, as the team’s offensive line scored only 3 goals in 4 matches, while its net was conceded 6 goals (two goals in the Super Cup).

The fans of USMA had attacked the players strongly because of the weak start in the Algerian competitions and demanded them to assume responsibility during the next stage and to improve the performance and results of the team.

Froggy had assumed the position of coach of the USMA team in the 2018-2019 season and was dismissed after losing to traditional rivals Mouloudia Algeria in March 2019, but he has considered one of the architects of the last championship title that the club won that year.
