El Khatib meets Mosimane to discuss Al Ahly’s recent poor form
Al Ahly President Mahmoud El Khatib held a meeting with the team’s coaching staff on Thursday night, in the presence of Al Ahly’s planning committee.
El Khatib discussed with the players and the coaching staff the importance of the next period, adding that he trusts the ability of the players and the coaching staff to achieve the dreams of the fans.
El Khatib will hold a meeting with Pitso Mosimane on Saturday, to discuss the possibility of supporting the team.
Al Ahly’s officials want to strengthen the team’s squad to offer more options for the team’s coach.
Mosimane revealed to El Khatib in a previous meeting that the team is in need of a prolific striker to solve the team’s problems in the attacking line.
Al Ahly signed Walter Bwalya from El Gouna in the winter market but he failed to introduce himself to the team’s fans after a poor start with the Red Eagles.
