EFA postpone Al Ahly’s game against Enppi in the Egyptian Cup

Sayed Abdelhafiz, Al Ahly’s director of football, stated that Mohamed Magdy Afsha will be out for two weeks after picking up an ankle injury.

Afsha, Al Ahly’s midfielder, was injured during the team’s previous game against RS Berkane in the CAF Super Cup, which the Reds were able to win 2-0 and lift the trophy.

Moreover, Abdelhafiz added that Mohamed Hany, suffered an injury in his anterior muscle.  

Hany will be ruled out for three weeks due to his injury, which he picked up also against RS Berkane in the CAF Super Cup on Friday.

Additionally, the Egyptian Association of Football decided to postopne Al Ahly’s game against Enppi in round of 16 of the Egyptian Cup, with the matche’s date to be announced later.

Also, the club’s board is keen to extend the contracts of Ali Maaloul, and Amr El Soulia, after they recieved many offers from several clubs during the last period
