CR Belouizdad knocks out TP Mazembe from the CAF Champions League

Algeria’s CR Belouizdad achieved a precious victory over DR Congo’s TP Mazembe in Matchday 5 of the CAF Champions League group stage. 

CR Belouizdad knocked out the Congolese team after defeating them 2-0 today.

The first half ended in a goalless draw as both team were more defensive.

The second half kicked off and in just two minutes, the Algerian team managed to achieve the victory.

In the 84th minute, A.Sayoud scored the first goal of the game. After two minutes, Y. Bechou bagged the second goal to give his team a comfortable lead.

Following today’s victory, CR Belouizdad knocked out TP Mazembe from the CAF Champions League.

CR Belouizdad are currently in the second position with six points.
