Algeria to miss many key players after FFF resoultion

Algeria national football team will be in toruble following the French Football Federation’s decision that prevented all non-europeans players to join their national teams amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Algerian Football Federation objected against this resoution, as they stated that it came against the African football and did not provide equal chances between the teams.

Algeria’s head coach Djamel Belmadi was keen to name many players in his squad, such as Lyon’s Islam Slimani and Djamel Benlamri, Metz’s Farid Boulaya and Alexandre Oukidja, Montpellier’s Andy Delort, Bordeaux’s Mehdi Zerkane, Nîmes Olympique’s Zinedine Ferhatand Brest’s Haris Belkebla.

Also, Belmadi is afraid to miss all these players ahead of Zambia’s game and Botsowana’s game in the AFCON qualifiers.
