Al Wasl, the UAE, officially signs a contract with the Brazilian Henrique

The UAE club Al Wasl has signed Brazilian striker Luiz Henrique, coming from the ranks of the Brazil RS team, where he will be registered in the restricted players category, instead of Matthews da Silva, who has been loaned to Al Arabi club until the end of the current season.

Al Wasl Football Company announced that it had obtained the signature of the Brazilian striker Henrique, to reinforce the team’s attack in the coming period, as part of the plan to support the football team, and at the request of the new technical staff led by Oder Hillman.

Hillman insisted on consolidating the Al Wasl offensive line during the current winter Mercato, so he agreed to Dasilva’s departure from the team.

Al-Wasl previously loaned Dasilva to Al-Arabi early last year, before returning at the beginning of the current season for his club and playing several matches with the reserve team.

Al Wasl is currently ranked ninth with 17 points after the end of the first round of the tournament, noting that he left the President’s Cup competition and has only one championship left to compete in, which is the Arabian Gulf Cup to save his season in light of his exit from competition accounts for the league title.

On the other hand, Al Wasl goalkeeper Sultan Al-Mandhari denied receiving an offer to join Al-Ain, stressing that he had entered the free period of his contract with the club.

Al-Mandhari said that Al-Wasl has made a new offer to renew his contract, and the coming days will witness a positive step on the part of his club management, indicating that he feels happy in Al Wasl and is currently focused on participating mainly and appearing well, in addition to the improvement of the team’s results during the second round of the league.
