Al Wahda qualify to AFC Champions League round of 16, Tracto beat Al Sharjah

Al Wahda of UAE managed to seal their qualification to the AFC Champions League round of 16 after defeating GOA 2-0 in the final fixture of the competition’s group stage. 

In the 61st minute, Omar Khribin opened the score to give his team a 1-0 lead. 

Al Wahda kept their dominance over the game and added the second goal in the 90th minute, thanks to Mohammed Barqesh’s efforts. 

On a similar note, Al Sharjah were beaten 2-0 by Tractor of Iran in the final fixture of the AFC Champions League group stage. 

Mohammad Abaszadeh netted a sensational Brace to gift his team a precious win. 

Al Sharjah have already booked their spot in the AFC Champions League round of 16.

After today’s win,  Tractoer reached 10 points and sit in the second position of Group B and they aim to secure their ticket to the next round.
