Al Taawoun reach King Cup semi-finals after defeating Al Qadisiyah

Al Taawoun sealed their qualification to the King Cup semi-finals after defeating Al Qadisiyah 2-1 tonight at King Abdullah Sport City Stadium. 

Al Taawoun’s Leandre Tawamba opened the score with an impressive screamer to make the result 1-0 in the 10th minute of the match. 

Al Qadisiyah levelled up the game and managed to equalize, as Hassan Al Amri scored to make the result 1-1.

The second half kicked off with both teams trying to score the winner. 

In the 58th minute, Al Taawoun’s Sumayhan Al Nabit found his way to Al Qadisiyah’s net to lead his team to the semi-finals.
