Al-Shabani prepares Esperance players to face Senegalese Tungith in the champions league

Mouin Chabani, the technical director of the Tunisian sports club, Esperance, has begun preparing its entire squad in preparation for the Senegalese match, Tungith, next Saturday, in the first round of the group stage matches of the African Champions League.

Al-Shaabani is working to equip some players, especially Abdel-Rahman Mezian and Taha Yassin Al-Khonesi, in order to participate with Esperance during the African match, through which he seeks to win the first three points in his campaign towards a strong competition for the continental title.

Meziane suffers from a sprained ankle as a result of contact with his colleague Muhammad Ali bin Ramadan, while Al-Khunaisi sustained a bruise in the knee as a result of interference from the back of the Club Africain player.

It is assumed that Al-Khunaisi and Meziane have fulfilled their qualifying program, while they will almost certainly be on time against Senegalese Tongaith.

Coach Mouin Chaabani hopes to restore more than one player, especially in the front line, so that he can make a strong start in the group stage.

On the other hand, Esperance player Maher Saghir continues to be absent from the team in the league championship due to injury, as announced by the club previously.

Despite the demands of the Esperance fans to include Maher Al-Saghir in the team’s matches, ambiguity surrounds the fate of the player, in light of the lack of reliance on him by Mouin Chaabani, which is confirmed by the assignment of players in the same position as Saghir.

Maher Saghir’s contract with Esperance expires next July, including the player’s exit to find another team after the impossibility of getting a chance in the starting line-up of Esperance.
