Al Sadd crowned Qatar Stars League champions

Al Sadd have been crowned as Qatar Stars League champions after defeating Umm Salal 3-0 on Sunday.  

Al Sadd’s Baghdad Bounedjah scored the opener in the 34th minute to give his team the early lead. 

The QNB champions upped the pressure and had the upper hand in the second half,  as Yosuf Abdurisag  nets the second goal in the 51st minute.  

In the 92nd minute,  Rodrigo Tabata added the third goal of the game.  

Al Sadd are at top of the table with 50 points,  and still have four games to play,  while Umm Salal are at the ninth place with 15 points.
