Al Nassr seeks to write history in front of al-Hilal in the Saudi King’s Cup final

Xenia Sports – Riyadh

Al Hilal and Al Nasr meet in the Final of the Saudi King’s Cup at King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh.

It is expected that 10 television channels will broadcast the meeting as Saudi football enjoys wide-ranging follow-up in the Middle East.

Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz will crown the winning team on behalf of Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

Al-Nassr team seeks to write history, today in front of al-Hilal, by beating its traditional rival Al Hilal more than 30 years after its last victory against Al Hilal in the final of the same tournament in 1987.

Al Hilal is looking forward to its ninth title in this tournament and victory to crown the seventh title when they meet on Saturday in the final of the King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The two teams enter the fifth final between them in the competition of the King’s Cup, where the two teams shared the championships previously twice per team where Al-Nassr won twice in 1981 and 1987, while Al-Hilal managed to achieve the title in front of Al-Nassr in 1989 and 2015.
