Al Hilal hammer Olmaliq 3-0 in AFC Champions League

Al Hilal managed to achieve an important 3-0 victory on Tuesday over Olmaliq in Matchday 5 of the AFC Champions League group stage. 

Al Hilal dominated the game from its beginning and managed to open the score in the 39th minute, thanks to Luciano Vietto’s efforts. 

The second half kicked off and the Saudi giants had the upper hand and in the 47th minute, Bafetimbi Gomis netted the second goal to give his team a 2-0 lead.

Al Hilal kept their pressure and Yasser Al Shahrani managed to bag the third goal in the 58th minute. 

Following today’s victory, Al Hilal surged to the top of Group A with 10 points, while Olmaliq stayed at the bottom of the table with 4 points. 

On a similar note, Istiklok defeated Shabab Al Ahli 1-0 in Matchday 5 of the AFC Champions League group stage.

Istiklol reached the top of the table and they share the same amount of points as Al Hilal (10).
