Al Hilal draw against Al Batin, Al Ahli broke their losing streak

Al Hilal were held to a 1-1 draw against Al Batin on Friday in Matchday 27 of the Saudi Professional League. 

In the 19th minute, Bafitimbi Gomis opened the score for Al Hilal to give them a 1-0 lead.

Al Batin’s Mohamed Rayhi equalized the score in the 29th minute.

In the dying minutes of the game, Al Hilal were awarded a penalty, but Gomis failed to convert the ball into the back of the net. 

Al Hilal are at the top have reached the  the table with 52 points, while Al Batin are in the 13th place with 30 points.

On a similar note, Al Ahli broke their losing strrak and achieved their first victory in the last 8 games in the league.

Omar Al Somah gifted his team a 1-0 win after netting the goal from the spot in the 68th minute.

Following today’s win, Al Ahli reached 38 points in the 8th position, while Al Qadisiyah stayed in the 11th position with 34 points.
