Al Ahli’s struggles still going on
Al Ahli Saudi are facing several issues this season
that affected on the team’s performance. Al Ahli started the second half of the
season in the second position, but the team was affected by the financial
crisis which caused them to drop many points and to be placed in the 7th
position in the Saudi Professional League.
The club’s attacking midfielder Alexandru Mitriță
added more wound to his team, as he refused to return to the team due to not receiving
his full wages.
Also, Al Ahli faced another issue as their Serbian
midfielder Ljubomir Fejsa will be sidelined from the team in the upcoming games
after testing positive for COVID-19.
Additionally, the club could not reach an agreement
with any managed until now after they sacked their former coach Vladan
Milojević, despite that the team has been training for three days.
