Al Ahli defeat Shabab Al Ahli in AFC Champions League

Al Hilal of Saudi Arabia managed to seal an important victory on Sunday, after defeating Shabab Al Ahli 2-0 in Matchday 2 of the AFC Champions League group stage. 

Batfetimbia Gomis netted the opener in the 14th minute to give his team the early lead. The minutes went on and Al Hilal kept their pressure, and in the 28th minute, Andre Carrillo bagged the second goal to give his team a comfortable 2-0 lead. 

Al Hilal surged to the top of Group A after today’s victory, as they achieved four points. 

On a similar note, Istikol achieved an important victory over Olmaliq after defeating them 3-2 in Matchday 2 of the AFC Champions League group stage. 

Olmaliq’s Zafar Polvonov netted a brace, but it was not enough to save the day for his team.
